To all the so-call stereo-type about libra being Indecisive. Grow up. Libra weighs the pros and cons before giving an aswer and when he finally answers, you can bet the answer is justified.
It may appear indecisive but a Judge is considered undecisive until he renders his verdict.
I wonder why many Judges are Librans by sign or rising sign? This is according to statistics.
Gemini and Aquarius are also indecisive and weigh the pros and cons of any situations.
Also, Aquarius have compressed Air since they are fixed but when they let the air out...it is an eruption. Gemini always lets out Air and how i know. I have Gemini rising :-))
edit...the most clogged-up sign is capricorn and not dust-free either. A little air wouldn't hurt in the sandstorm.

Im lead to believe that intelligence depends on genetics and circumstance (i.e. your genes, other physiological factors, good education, upbringing, parental and peer influences, study habits, attention span, discipline, etc.).

I would imagine that any sign could be that way. People tend to focus on something besides what they are doing, and that doesn't indicate level of intelligence, just distraction.
Look to aspects of Mercury (how people think), specifically Neptune in negative aspect to Mercury. Neptune "fogs up" things, and since Mercury is "how people think" that would be a marker for someone who's distracted and not focused.

I have friends that are really airheaded and they're libra and sagittarius. Also have a pisces friends and they are really dreamy so they kind of are too. But out of all my friends, I would have to say libra. (Also, moon sign is very important as it defines u more than ur sun sign. So keep tht in mind!!!!)

I very much believe in astrology. I just finished doing an essay on the different zodiac signs. From what i read, sagittarius seems most air head because they are very superficial and not very intelligent.
I wouldn't perceive any sign as air headed, actually.
