Someone is serving carrabas, it is italian I found out so far but what is it? I can't eat shellfish so any ideas?What kind of food is carrabas?

They have brick oven pizza, pasta's %26amp; their chicken rosemaria is the best. I can't remember what else. Also they serve fresh baked bread with this olive oil and herb mix that is yummy.
Carrabas has a lot of chicken and other meat dishes (sausage, steak, etc) served with pasta and sauce of your choice.



I always order the italian sausage with spaghetti and marinara, but the pollo rosa maria is good too.



Their shellfish is really good and relatively CHEAP. If someone orders calamari or mussels there, you might want to just taste a bite.What kind of food is carrabas?
