This is what i at today... is it okay?

what should i not have eaten or was this terriable? I am trying to do no carbs...

breakfast - 1 deviled egg

Lunch - special k protein snack bar

Snack - roast beef

dinner - carrabas chicken caeser salad

can I have a pear or should I pass on it?This is what i at today... is it okay?
Please, eat the pear. You're not eating enough. You should be eating at least 1200 calories a day. Your metabolism slows down when you eat too little, and your body begins losing muscle and tissue instead of fat. And you should never give up carbs, just simple ones. A pear is a complex carb filled with fiber, and vitamins. The protein bar is a snack..not an entire meal.

Edit: Your problem is you have a very bad relationship with food. You see food as an enemy, rather that your ally. I know it's not a regular habit to throw up, but it's a bad sign even if it's just occassional. Bulimics didn't start out throwing up after every single meal..they started the way you are. Talk to someone..maybe see a nutritionist to help guide you through the proper way to manage your weight. This is what i at today... is it okay?
You should have a pear. You should up your caloric intake for breakfast to 350 calories, it's the most important meal of the day and kick starts your metabolism. Eat more vegetables, for lunch you can keep the protien snack bar and add a side salad or a cup of fresh vegetables with a fat free dressing to dip. This is what i at today... is it okay?
Jimmy crack corn

pass on the pear unless you have it with prosciutto ham and cheeseThis is what i at today... is it okay?
You should have about 3 pears ... you need 4-5 servings of fruits and/or veggies per day, and all you had was a salad so far. This is a very unhealthy diet, since it's just 1 item for each small meal (and the snack bar is just a sugary "candy" bar with a fancy name).....
You need to eat 3-4 servings of fruit a day so eat that pear. Get some fibre into you in the a.m. via cereal or whole wheat bread.
