Nikkis on Davis in NRH is really good, one of my favorites...

Itallian Inn in FW off Camp Bowie

Palios in Colleyville on Hwy 26

Marsalas on 360 in grand prairie

Theres a lot of little neighborhood Italian places in strip malls and shopping centers, those are usually pretty good......
If you're on the West side of the Metroplex, I agree with the poster who mentioned Nikki's on Davis Blvd in N. Richland Hills. Cheap, cheap, cheap, but high quality. I don't think they have a website.

In Plano, I recommend Antonio Ristorante. Not as cheap as Nikki's, but better atmosphere and a little better food, IMO. Very authentic.

I love Ferrari's Villa too, but it gets a little more pricey. They have a new location in Grapevine, in addition to their Addison location. What is a good authentic Italian %26amp; 'good bang for the buck' restaurant ?
Mexican hat dance located in the heart of beautiful downtown Mexico. each meal comes with your choice of salad topped with tons of super-hot peppers that after finishing your meal. you'll feel like you're going to spontaneously ignite from within.
Campisi's is always a good choice. This restaurant is steeped in history and a rightful historical landmark. It's always included on the list of best Italian in Dallas and their prices are reasonable. It's BYOB so bring your own beer or wine.

The Campisi's that own and operate the restaurants today are 3rd and 4th generation descendants of the original owners who have long been considered to have been second-in-command within the Dallas Mafia hierarchy. Also, Jack Ruby dined at the original location the night before he shot and killed Lee Harvey Oswald.

While they have many locations today, the original is the best. It's located at 5610 E. Mockingbird Lane just off Central Expressway. Be sure to try the pizza. It's to die for!

Skip the chains!

Amore in Snider Plaza is Highland Park is great and very inexpensive. Since it's cheap and in Highland Park you need to make reservations since it's very popular. Go after 8 if you want to avoid the mass of kids and have a nice quiet meal.
