I'd say Scorpio - it is the sign of intensity, of extremes. But to be honest, if a human is raised in an evil way, he will become evil, no matter the sign. But under "normal" conditions I'd say Scorpios, also Scorpio Moons/Ascendants. While Sagittarius is capable of very beautiful/ big/ good things. And Hitler was not an Aries but a Taurus. no no hitler was an ARIES his birthday was april 20th and aries DEF can do great evil, all of the aries i know are just down right nuts



and id have to say virgos are the ones who would cause great good because they love to help, because they like to be seen as perfect lol but either way they would do anything to be seen as a good person, they want to be good.
Well supposedly Scorpions. From what the sites say, Scorpio, when unevolved are one of the most hateful, malicious, evil sign out there, and when they are evolved are healers, able to help others like no other.



IDK if this is true, but I have seen some of the unevolved Scorpios and they have really plotted out pure unadulterated evil. You wonder what the hell is wrong with them actually. Truly hurt people who didn't deserve it due to their own paranoia and insecurities. I also know some really nice Scorpios too, but I honestly can't say that I know any that have evolved to healers yet, so IDK.



Scorpios when they mature, want to be better. They seek improvement through change, and they start that change with themselves---from inside and also even outside of them.
