I have long hair and want to be a waiter or busser at Carrabas.?

I know that my long hair affects my chances as it does in ANY job. I always pull it back and make sure to look extremely clean and presentable. Is there anything else I can do or say to improve my chances to get a bus boy or waiter job at Carrabas, or any other restaurant really.

Long as you keep your hair neat and clean, your length shouldn't be a problem. Its not like you are back there as a cook. They'd make you wear a hairnet anyway.

For restaurant jobs they need you to have an approachable, personable personality. You need to be able to handle pressure and be on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment.
