August has the most birthdays in almost every US study. But other than that, you will find different answers from different resources, different years and different countries. But they all range fro Aug - Oct. Remember that there are two signs in each.example, the first part of August has Leo and the second has Virgo, but there are more Leo days than Virgo, making Leo the most common in the US. The month with the lowest birth rate is February, but that's not hard to imagine since it's the only month with only 28 days in it. None are significantly higher than any other, which is why they tend to change.
And, so you know, there is no "new" zodiac. There have ALWAYS been two zodiac's, one is called the Tropical Zodiac and has the first degree of Aries beginning at the spring equinox. The second one is called the Sidereal Zodiac and has the first degree of Aries beginning at the constellation of Aries in the sky.
Western astrology, which is what most of us are familiar with, uses the Tropical Zodiac. Vedic astrology uses the Sidereal one. The shifting of the signs is not new to Vedic astrology and Western astrology doesn't use that system. The problem is that scientists don't know anything about astrology, so when it occurred to someone that the sun shifts position relative to the stars, they made a big deal out of it attempting to debunk astrology.
What they didn't know is that astrologers already know about precession. That's why the two zodiacs have always been differentiated. Scientists have been advertising their ignorance, and since we trust them and most of us don't know astrology any better than they do, we've believe them. There is no new zodiac.
I've compared charts using both systems and find the Tropical zodiac of western astrology to be far superior. Vedic, however, does have other good things that western astrologers could learn from.

Statistics show that more babies are born in July, August and September than any other months. So, I guess that Leo and Virgo are the most common.
