Why don't you call a real restaurant (not a chain like you mentioned, they operate by a different set of rules) and ask them how much they use in a week.Resturaunt help?
i have already completed a business plan group project for a start up restaurant for my university degree. In order to get information on the food suppliers we interviewed any restaurant managers who were kind enough to spare some time to help us out- I would strongly suggest that you do the same- call up your local chills and ask to speak to the manager- then kindly explain that you are doing a business project and require such and such info...... ask if and when they are available to spare at least 15mins. They should be willing to help you out- good luck
