Where does this zodiac thing say it only applies to people born after Nov. 2009?

Im not saying i believe any of this or anything, And probably isn't even official yet. But where are people finding it saying that it only applies to people born after Nov. 2009?Where does this zodiac thing say it only applies to people born after Nov. 2009?
I have looked up and down, and I can't find any credible, reliable sources that cite this. So I can only assume someone made this up because people want simple, easily understood concepts. Regardless if they are misinformed in so many ways.

Astrology isn't something someone can understand in one simple paragraph, but I will do my best to tell you why the 2009 theory is terribly flawed.



Saying "this only applies to people born after 2009" is like saying... Ophiuchus the 13 zodiac sign was discovered in 2009. Because that would mean that precession took its course, and astronomers had realized this in 2009. So why had the news not spread like it did so these past couple of days?



Because Ophiuchus, along with other constellations, were discovered more than two thousand years back, when Ptolemy realized Aries constellation shifted. In 130 BC Hipparchus stated this movement as precession.

So really, it applied to everyone born 2000 years ago and up.

Fortunately for you! Sidereal astrology and Tropical/Western astrology are two different concepts.

Tropical astrology does not count Ophiuchus as a zodiac sign, so this NEVER applied and we will forever and always remain loyal to 12 zodiac signs.

It ONLY applies to u if u follow Eastern Astrology, Sidereal Astrology. Ppl forget there r various branches of astrology. Most ppl in Western Culture follow the Zodiac astrology which follows the constellation of the sun and moon. Sidereal astrology follows the constellation of the stars. Everyone do ur research!! I was born an Aries and will stay an Aries under the Zodiac branch. If I followed Eastern Astorlogy, the sidereal astrology, I would be a pieces. But since IF u follow the Zodiac ur sign stays unchanged and the 12 signs remain as is. There is NO 13th sign in the Zodiac astrology. However, there might be in Sidereal astrology.

Also the whole 2009 thing is a farce! Thats how bad rumors get started. As I said before it only applies if u follow Sidereal Astrology. Remember Zodiac and Sidereal Astrology are two different branches of Astrology. On the news site i was looking at, it was for cnn or a similar station, I didn't see anything about it applying to people born after november '09 either, but then maybe i didn't read into it enough. I'll post the link i looked at.
