Updating your Google Chrome web browser?

Can you set Google Chrome web browser on your computer to update automatically, or do you have to update it manually?Updating your Google Chrome web browser?
Install or uninstall Google Chrome: Update Google ChromePrint

Google Chrome automatically updates to a newer version when one is released. The update process happens silently, whether or not you're using the browser at the time. If Google Chrome is open at the time of the update, you must close the browser and restart for the new version to launch.

Follow these steps to see if a manual update is available or to check your version number:

Click the wrench menu .

Select About Google Chrome.

If there is an update available, an Update button will be available. Click the button and restart the browser to use the latest version.Updating your Google Chrome web browser?
You can do both. If you let the browser, it will update alone, with a delay of days. Or you can go to Tools %26gt; About Google Chrome and update it!
