i would say Sagittarius because they get tired of relationships very fast and wander around and flirt with other people even if they are in a relationship. they like to know about many different people so they never stick to one thing. i am not a sag but i am sure of this because i have two friends who are sag and they do the exact things that i described above.
I think most people in this section asks questions about virgo males... what is it with virgo males? People always complain over their virgo guy who never calls them back, or simply just ignores them!

I think its hard to deal with virgo, because they are so strange, thinks differently.

Also capricorn, they seem so stern, Like sometimes if their heart was made of stone. They are the ultimate loners...

And of course, gemini, the restless soul. They never seem to calm down and settle down with anyone, or do they?

At last there is scorpio, they just seem to wander in drama all the time, to much passion that it becomes too unbearable...

But I guess they just need a longer time to find the right one. In the end virgo will find someone who understands them, capricorn will find someone who can soften them, gemini will find someone who is entertaining enough and can keep up with their restlessness, and even scorpio grow tired of drama and want a quiet life....

Libras - Not easy to commit in a relationship even so, very flirtatious, indecisive. They get bored, and both the men and women constantly have or talk to someone on the side because they often need an ego boost, if not just more attention.

Capricorns - It takes a special person to deal with the men. Though they can be very kind, they are also very very harsh people and can be a little too blunt. It's ironic though because they are just as sensitive if not more so than a water sign. But I think they bring about a lot of these annoyances and antics early, to see if you can handle their lectures, and rants, and criticism and them at their worst than just them at their best.
