Do people with google chrome beta get the full version automatically when it is available? If not then how do i get it? My computer updated the beta version of the Chrome to full version as soon as it was released.

If you are updating chrome, it's already in the full version. The only way you'd have been notified would have been via the change log (like at filehippo) or through checking chrome's website.
