I'm writing a fanfiction and the question just came to me. I'm curious, since I've only seen the anime and not the manga.What is the cure for the Sohma zodiac curse from Fruits Basket?
There is no actual cure for the Zodiac Curse.
It actually just breaks on its own.
It was a sign that all zodiac members where alive at once that the curse was going to break since it was the first time that it ever really happened. It slowly breaks one by one.
It seems to be when Kyo (the cat) accepts love for once.
Then they all get cured, but backwards.

It is the "Bond". They can't go against Akito, due to this, but Tohru gives them the strength to do so. Thus breaking the curse.

they let go of their relationship w/ akito
thats why akito gets so upset
because he/she has no more control.
