Windows 7: flash and shockwave issue after IE9 update (even for google chrome)?

i have windows 7, and after i got the big IE9 update along with possibly another "major" update, my flash doesnt work at all, even in google chrome (which i only use, Version: 11.0.696.71 ) and it usually says unknown plugin error and freezes but sometimes it says that shockwave flash crashed. Flash wont work on IE9 OR chrome, and now when i try to open WMP it wont work, and when i try to plugin my wireless mouse it wont work either. Go to your control panel and add remove programs, click on the show updates box and uninstall IE9.
