Oh wow I thought of those two signs before I even opened the question!
Libra was my first choice because they are the charmers. They just know how to socialize. I've met PLENTY of Libra men and women. They make instant friends, are easy to talk to and honestly ... their charm is pretty manipulative. Not saying their bad people, they just know how to use good speech and a smile to get what they want.
Leo's have a charm of their own ... their humor, extroversion and good-natured, optimistic approach makes them extremely likable. I have a lot of Leo friends (more than Libras) and they always make me laugh until tears are pouring down my face. They're just fun, happy people and that is an attractive quality to anyone.
My secondary choices would be; Gemini, because of their social talent and their wit is highly magnetic; and Pisces, because they pose no threat to anyone (approachable) and they are considered the Zodiac "chameleon", able to fit in with anyone and everybody.
