Chinese Zodiac experts: How can EVERYONE born in the same year possibly have a good year?

This year is the Year of the Tiger. So according to the Chinese New Year beliefs, everyone born in the Year of the Tiger will have a good year this year. Has anyone ever answered, because I'm sure everyone has wondered it, how can everyone born in the same year, like your friends and classmates, possibly have a good year? Didn't people back then in the ancient Chinese empires wonder that when they had a rotten year? History experts: have any answers?Chinese Zodiac experts: How can EVERYONE born in the same year possibly have a good year?
I've always wondered the same thing but have never really found an answer. I think back then the people didnt know any better than to just go along with whatever and not question it. And I have to wonder if they used the karma system at all like they did in India where if something bad happened to you it must be your fault.Chinese Zodiac experts: How can EVERYONE born in the same year possibly have a good year?
I think it's too general saying, for example, that everyone born in a Tiger year will have a good year, and historically, I don't think Chinese astrologers have ever said anything like that. It's a lot more complex than that!

With a good horoscope, it points out the good ~and~ bad points of the year. This website gives plus and minus points for each sign, including the Tiger:
